Plot Outline: When Dr. Savaards experiment in cryonics is interrupted by the short-sighted authorities, his volunteer dies, and he is condemned to death. He vows vengeance if he can survive his own hanging.
Plot: Mad Scientist, Dr. Henryk Savaard, is obsessed with bringing the dead back to life. The police are alerted of Savaards activities by his assistants girlfriend. Savaard is arrested, convicted and sentenced to hang. He vows revenge on the judge, jury and district attorney. After the hanging, his assistant claims Savaards body and uses Savaards technique on it. Savaard is brought back to life. Now he can seek sweet revenge on his prosecutors.

- Matsumoto threatened to revoke his approval of this OAV when he discovered that one of the enemy ships was to be shaped like a Jewish Star of David. Matsumoto, who is against racial intolerance, couldnt condone a religious symbol being used as a villains ship and demanded that the design be changed or he would derail the production. The matter was resolved amiably, and the ships design was completely overhauled.
