Plot Outline: A bored millionaire wagers his doctor that he can support himself at a working class job for year without touching his inheritance.
Plot: Ernest Bliss is a rich young man with too little to do. Not realizing the depression hes in is due to boredom, Ernest consults a doctor. Sir James Aldroyd gives Ernest a prescription that he doesnt think Ernest can fill: Ernest must earn his own living for one year using none of his current wealth. Ernest bets him 50,000 English pounds that he can.

Continuity: When Karen returns to the camp to find everyone dead, in the establishing shot, her face is caked with dirt, but in subsequent close-ups, and all other shots, her face is clean.

Many sources, including the DVD box, report an "Anne Casper" in the film with no role. In fact, the role of Anne was played by Kim Casper. Similarly, the box and some sources credit production assistant Nancy Giebink with a role, though she is not credited for one.
The film was released theatrically in 1973 for only a limited time, as the distributor--Cinemation--went bankrupt during the first week the film was released. Only in 1988 did the film resurface on video, through MPI Home Video. Only this version has Peter Fondas opening remarks about the environment. Subsequent DVD releases do not include this.
